Any sharp object pointed in your direction is extremely dangerous, a knife specifically is light so it can be maneuvered in any which direction within milliseconds and deliver numerous cuts, maybe if it was winter and u had a thick jacket on you have some chance there as a last resort, best to just sprint away, or do what the guys did in the video where they are on high ground holding a long obstacle that outranges the knife.
