Remember the guy I talked about on a thread yesterday. I talked to him today asking his weight and height and he said he is 6'3 and 71kg.

That makes his BMI roughly 19 (since BF is not available), which according to my tall friend, is 'super skinny'.

he should take a photo in more natural outdoor lighting. indoors especially in dark environments with a lit up screen makes the cheeks "appear" more hollow then they really are. not hating happens to my face as well.

Fuck I weigh 94 kilos at the same height. Oddly I don't look that fat unless I'm fully carb loaded. I think my body frauds leanness. Need to lose a pile of weight. Haven't eaten for 4 days. Need to go another 13. Then I'll see from there.

Crazy that my mom told me I was getting too skinny at 85 kilos. Even my dad gives a worried look when I say I'm under 90 kilos. Fat people should be thrown into camps with just water and maybe electrolytes till they're lean.

ive been legit <8% bf as an anorexic and I can assure you if you dont have the bone structure for it you will look way worse.
