It's mostly because the post-1945 Western world made a devil out of Hitler for their own ideological reasons and made Nazism out to be some sort of mystical ideology that supposedly opposes everything that the current society stands for. Many people who dislike this society then bought this meme and turned it around into praising that same mythical version of Hitler and Nazism.

In reality, Nazis were just another manifestation of degenerate Western modernity, not that much different from other versions of it.
