Venting Another evening getting piss drunk to escape reality

Alcohol so far remains one of my best methods to free myself of the intrusive thoughts. Being present and aware of the horrid state my life in is a nightmare beyond words. I've held a box-cutter against my wrist several times this week, but I am to chicken to make the cut and finally release myself from this genetic prison.

I'll be hungover as fuck tomorrow, but fuck it. If I am sober for one more hour I will go insane. Fuck this vile world and fuck my parents for bringing me into it.

I find the weed mainly just helps ease any hang over symptoms i get the next day , when mixxed i'm not really sure how to fully explain it but it seems to make me feel the alcohol more, i'd just start slow and give it a try its a nice combo to me. the come down from both will still be annoying but nothing crazy some minor headaches or nauseousness for about a day usually

i just quit a couple of days ago and i had been smoking carts for a good 6 months and i was high 90% of the time it doesnt feel nice when im sober now but im scared ill destroy my lungs
