I don't believe height can compensate for face. When I said just be taller, even by an inch, it is given that the guy already has a good enough face. If the guy has a good face but is shorter than the woman, there is now a chance he will be rejected. Despite being short, he's still making the woman think twice because of his face whereas a 6'2 3/10 guy won't even be slightly attractive to the woman. Point is, face is a prerequisite.

From my experience, the pretty boys I know that girls obsess and cry over are often short. I'm over 6ft tall and I would gladly give up a few inches to gain 1-2 points in the face.
