Is your brother a homosexual? Do you have any place to go to if you left? My advise would be
1- if you have your own room, then just close the door and put something on that further masks outside noise like music or movies. If you don’t like music or movies, then even a white noise in the background will suffice. Google white noise and check if you like it.
2- one thing that sounds silly but really relaxes me is playing birds sounds or nature sounds. You can use your headphones too.
3- I remember you said you’re a Muslim right? You can also listen to Quran recitation to relax.
4- when you feel like you’re about to explode, don’t hold it up, express your anger, BUT, express it in a way that won’t end up landing you hurting you in the end. I suggest doing 5 sets of as many push ups as you can.
