So i have the Sony wh-1000xm4 ANC headphones and I can really recommend every autist getting ANC headphones so you dont have to listen to anyones shit. For outside get the WF-1000XM4 in-ear

i hope one day technology advances far enough so i can completely block out any sound aside from what comes out of my phone or computer so i never have to listen to anyones shit ever again.
