Today, the FBI filed a 26-count criminal complaint in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of New York against Payton S. Gendron, who allegedly shot up a supermarket in Buffalo, NY, one month ago. You can read it here:
Gendron faces the federal death penalty on ten counts of using a firearm to commit murder during and in relation to a crime of violence under 18 U.S.C. § 924(j)(1). He also faces 13 life sentences on hate crime charges under 18 U.S.C. § 249(a)(1). However, whether the death sentence will be pursued is a decision for the U.S. Justice Department. The Biden administration has imposed a moratorium on federal executions.
The attached affidavit by FBI Special Agent Christopher Dlugokinski also confirmed the exact phrasing of two slogans present on Gendron's Bushmaster XM-15 semi-automatic rifle: "Here's Your Reparations!" and "The Great Replacement". The exact lettering was not fully legible on open-source footage of the shooting.
Gendron's actions were clearly motivated by racial animus. As I pointed out last week, he was a foid-worshipping cuck, not an incel. But don't tell the deranged soys of r/IncelTear, who tried and failed to connect Gendron to the incel community shortly after the shooting:
Because even when people are being shot for the color of their skin, attention-seeking cucks and femoids will seek to make it all about themselves and their anti-male agenda. The intellectual dishonesty of those cretins is disappointing, but not surprising. The FBI affidavit filed today merely illustrates the degree to which these incelophobic Redditors are untethered from reality.
