These are related to testosterone. Testosterone is something its good to feel sometimes, but all the time it sort of sucks. A lot of trannies just want to be with women lol. A lot of them consider themselves to be "lesbians." They became troons because of some whack lesbian fantasy. I could see it mostly as some form of porn addiction.
