My avatar is from a film called HARDCOVER(uk) or I, MADMAN. It centres around a Dr Kessler who tries to woo an attractive woman but she is put off by his ugliness. He decides to cut off his facial features and kill attractive people for their facial features. He then sows them onto his face.

Bad plot. He should torture, mutilate, and kill as many women as possible.

He doesn't kill them outright. Sometimes he drugs them and then in one scene he scalps a woman.
It isn't a bloody film but just look at how cool my avatar is!
