AMD or Intel?

Just curious. I think AMD was the obvious choice for the past several years but with Alder Lake, Intel is finally getting their shit together. Poorfags like me will be happy when the Alder Lake N Pentiums and Celerons come out because they're gonna have up to 8 cores (which blows AMD's equivalent (the Athlon silver) out of the water).
