I can't stand it. I always get extremely tired and angry when I have to lift heavy shit or exhaust myself.

I don't get where all the retards come with "it makes you feel good" IT DOESN'T. IT JUST DOESN'T. I feel like absolute shit and I never want to do it again. I don't feel any better and I don't get any more "muscle" anyway because I can't afford to eat the fucking masses of protein and other shit you need.

And before you say, I'm not fat. I'm underweight (56kg) and I literally don't have any energy. Exercise just takes whatever energy I had away and it leaves me exhausted and pissed off. Fuck gyms, fuck gym rats and fuck womyn for being shallow cunts.

I can't even get exercise done because of my subhuman frame. I literally can't do a single push-up. Just kill me now, please. I wish i could become a Gymcel but my subhumanity doesn't allow for that.

I'm fat, that should tell you everything.

if it doesn't make you feel good you're probably not doing it hard enough

i mean i don't even exercise anyway but if you go as hard as you possibly can, it's a nice endorphin rush

Maybe you don't have enough energy for it because of your diet. Try eating healthier and you may see improvement in your energy levels.

I don't have the ambition to exercise anymore, so I think I know what you mean. I used to do sets of 100 push ups, now I doubt I could manage 20. But I never liked pure cardio though, I'd always just feel like shit afterwards as you describe, I can get the same rush from punching a wall, and it's about as enjoyable.

Running and working out feels great for me,running sucks a lot in the beginning but once your body gets adjusted and you build some stamina it gets real easy and afterwards it feels like you just had a massage and the feeling continues throughout the day(for me at least).

After sprints it feels even better.

Once you get used to that. Move up a bit. The day you notice the first bit of progress you’ll understand it. I barely do anymore because I’m just wasting myself away on drugs so I’ll legit get nowhere. But eventually you’ll get it

I have pretty short patience. I don't have the patience to wait for months on end for a tiny spec of improvement. Yeah that's the only way, but I DON'T HAVE THE PATIENCE. I JUST DON'T.

I can't afford "healthy" food. And neither do I have the patience to sit there and cook the shit.

And here comes the "HURR UR DOING IT WRONG XDD" faggots. You don't know me and my limits. I've done severly exhausting shit and I've felt no "rush", all I feel is like I'm about to suffocate.

It just isn't lmao. I've had to do plenty of sprinting during PE class and I hated every single fucking second of it. Running is torture.

I need physical excercise to survive. Without it I look like 12-13y.o

coz ur underweight

I started gymcelling 2 weeks ago and honestly I feel great.

Mang, no, healthy food is cheap. It's not some binary choice between the value menu at McDonald's and organic free-range caviar from Whole Foods. Chicken drumsticks are cheap, pork is cheap, eggs are cheap, oatmeal and pasta are cheap, potatoes are cheap, red delicious apples are cheap, green vegetables are cheap.
Soy is cheap.
None of it's hard to prepare, either.

I don't live in the USA with local produce lmao. I have like what, 50$ on my bank account? And thats for a whole MONTH. And keep in mind, food here is MASSIVELY more expensive than there. (nearly double the amount for meat).

You try to live on 50$ a month and eat enough protein and healthy foods to gain weight with the prices here. I fucking dare you.
Beans, milk (and cheese) and fish are out of the equation because I can't stomach them.

cardio is boring as fuck, you just run

Never liked exercise. If I did, I would’ve joined the military.

I really don't see how anyone can enjoy it. It's just pain on top of the pain of being a loser.

Weight lifting is SO hard the first time or even the first few times but then it will get easier after only a few days. I used to bodybuilt a lot and I know what you´re saying. When I´m not used to working out I will get so annoyed and angry, and I hate getting my pulse up and sweat when I am in my normal clothes but if you go to the gym in your gym clothes then it isn´t that bad imo.
Also one of the best rushes I got was after a hard leg workout I tell you I sat on the bench in the men´s locker room for 15 minutes because of pure exhaustion and I could just feel the intense high!
Seriously you should try working out and get through the first 3 days, after that you will feel better about it and you WILL actually get more energy. Maybe not after 3 days but after training for a few weeks you will see you have so much more energy and motivation to do all sorts of things besides working out.

I understand your anecdotes, but believe me, you are not me. Your experiences are not my experiences. You don't know me.

I don't care about "it happened to me!", listen, I'm not you. I didn't get a "high", I didn't feel better. Accept that people are different than you.

I enjoy it as it's a physical way to vent. I'm a 5'11 framecel but I'm not skinny. I'm also low T. But I still enjoy it.

Btw when it comes to gaining muscle and weight cheaply eat beans and peanut butter (sugar free).

Literally how do you even survive?

Consider hunting your own food. Eat foids if necessary lmao at least they can serve some value to you.

I know you´re not me, I just don´t know how much experience you have had with working out so that is why I shared my experiences because if you only tried a few times and never got past the point of the first day shitty feeling then it might have helped you if I gave some insights. But sorry I was just trying to help..

Dude. Some people here can see why exercise is good for them. You and I are the same though. It still gave me this gaping hole despite of the fact that I lift weights, use the bike machine, and other stuff. It literally killed my own motivation. Heavy or light weights, long or short bursts of using the bike machine, or even the basic kinds of exercises. It still felt empty for me. Just try to understand the POV of others because I easily did.

same. i used to play full court ball 3x a week and I was getting even better at age 30. But was always tired and beat up. Fuck that.

Rotting is 100000000 times better than feeling like shit all the time.

You're not supposed to feel good during exercises, it usually happens shortly after. But if you can't afford some benefical food (chicken breasts at least) there's really too little benefits of your effort, so you may quit if you want.

Fair enough. Gymcelling is cope, anyway.

Drumsticks are cheaper and better than breasts in every way.

lol at this nerd

I eat both, but breasts remain popular compared to drumsticks for some reason.
The fitness industry keeps shilling breasts. That's why they're so expensive compared to drumsticks and thighs. They don't even taste as good, either. They're dry and flavorless.

My muscles vibrate violently while im lifting tbh, espesially during leg workout. Not to mention DOMS from training all the time

It doesn’t make you feel good per se, it just distracts you from real life. I like doing chest workouts and feeling my muscles tear, becauss it makes me feel bigger. I hate leg workouts because I get those tearing feelings as well but don’t really feel any more imposing.

It's over for you if you are skinny/generally weak. I absolutely despise lifting as I only seem to stay in the same spot or even get weaker from it.
However, I do think you should try running/jogging. It's generally a lot easier and fun (at least for me as someone who is not exactly big) and also can help you get you sex drive down.
Whenever you have a stronge urge to jack off, just head out for a run, and when you come back you will likely be too tired to jack off, and you will feel at least a bit less pathetic by not jacking off to pixelated females, it's a genuinely good cope.

I hate it too. But every time I am sad the sadness go away after exercising.
