alternatives to mainstream email servers?

I need to register a new email adress for myself. Too much spam mail in my current email. I used yahoo, outlook , gmail over the years and they suck even now i am noticing tons of advertisments in my current email. Plus they sell off our data

Any suggestions for an email server that does not sell off data and is good to use?
