Theory Almost everyone in the UK is on the flight path now

They've changed how planes land to save fuel and/or reduce emissions, so now they descend and ascend really slowly, meaning that the "flight paths" are now HUGE!

It's noisy!

I might move to one of the relatively few places not very affected.

Around here they're often at about 15,000 feet. In London they not only often get down to more like 7000 but also circle around large residential areas waiting to land.
