They don't actually want to help their patients since at the end of the day it's a business and they want to make a living. They don't like NEETs because they don't have any money to pay generally and don't feel sympathetic enough to do it for free.

Because that's who it works for. Therapy doesn't solve real problems, it solves fake problems. It just so happens that foids and successful men only really have fake problems, so therapy "works" for them.
