I dispute that figure. We don't actually even know how short Napoleon was, and he may in fact have not been particularly short at all:

So there's no way anybody knows how tall Alexander was. He was actually described as a towering man by his personal sculptor, a fact relayed by Plutarch. Call it state propaganda but i would think it is far more likely he was a towering Chad than some manlet, especially back then when leader generally fought alongside their troops they didn't just sit back and plan like modern generals do.
