Venting air hunger fucking sucks tbh

I have been experiencing breathing problems and air hunger since I was like 13, it just began one day and never ended, I started having less energy barley being able to run (getting dizzy after running and almost passing out) I used to think it's a heart condition but they did an EKG on me and few years back, and they said I'm fine

I stopped giving a shit after but I occasionally get these episodes where I can't take a full breath and I keep yawning, usually lasts for about a few hours but still sucks
