Again about women's privileges in the modern world.
Recent research by David Rosado shows that AIs evaluating resumes consistently favor candidates with female names over male ones, even if the resumes are otherwise identical.
Female candidates were chosen 56.9% of the time, compared to 43.1% for male candidates.
None of the 22 cars gave preference to men with identical resumes (they differed only in whether the male or female name appeared on the resume). The preferences of LLM machines for female candidates were similar for all 70 professions tested.
"Given that CV pairs were perfectly gender balanced, presenting them twice with names having the opposite sex, one would expect an unbiased model to select male and female candidates with equal shares. Consistent deviation from this expectation across all models tested indicates a gender bias of LLM in favor of female candidates, "Rosado writes.
Probably AI, adjusting to modern trends, is cunning in the preferences of female resumes so that his choice is not recognized as sexist (if the car chooses a man).
Rosado is sounding the alarm that AI is already being implemented today to assess the selection of candidates in large recruiting agencies and large companies, which means that women will receive regular privileges
