"The Tickle v Giggle case is an Australian Federal Court dispute in which Roxanne Tickle, a biological male who legally identifies as a woman, sued the female-only social media app Giggle for Girls and its founder Sall Grover after being denied access following a manual review of a selfie showing male appearance. Tickle claimed gender identity discrimination under the Sex Discrimination Act. In 2024 the court initially found indirect discrimination and awarded $10,000 in damages; on appeal in May 2026 the Full Federal Court ruled it was direct discrimination, doubled damages to $20,000, and held that excluding Tickle on the basis of her transgender status and appearance treated her less favourably than a cisgender woman, affirming that sex is changeable for the purposes of discrimination law."

In essence a transgender tried joining the app, his face was rejected as it is clearly a male face, and he sued. They later doubled it as well so he robbed those females of 20k.
