Stamina bar is too tiny and losing weapons due bs durability is already getting on my nerves. Combat is way too simplistic. Physics is pretty basic and can't even reach level of 2004 games like HL2.
Not impressed by the map so far, landmarks are not interesting enough to make me want to explore, everything feels lifeless and empty
I know it was supposed to be like that but for example dark souls games despite desolation gives you some very impressive locations to look at and also cool loot that rewards exploration. I don't feel like i even want to kill enemies as they will only make me lose my current weapons.
The tutorial island was the only good part of the game
If this is the best game has to offer i should delete it from my SSD just right now. I'm pretty bored with what it offers besides physics.

This game screams low budget from miles away, there are barely voice acting while old ps2 games had them constantly. World is desolate and empty which is ideal excuse to not give it much details it's like any other open world game.
I can't do this anymore, game is too damn fucking boring.
Killed one boss, played with physics, finished three shrines or whatever it's called and that was all my enjoyment in 2h. Pathetic just pathetic this is a poorly made tech demo not a real game and they asked $60-70 for it

I have almost 1,000 hours on this game, played it a lot when I was a teen

I think a lot of the oldcels go into the game wanting to hate it so obviously they won't enjoy it and they'll be overly critical
At the very least, BoTW is a decent game imo, I'm a patient gamer and I don't get bored easily so maybe that's why I enjoyed it so much
