It's a cycle, you burn with anger and hatred and this gives you strength to live the day, but you reach a point of exhaustion and all that's left is sadness and depression when you see your current situation.

I deserve to cease to exist. I don't deserve it. Either as a reward or punishment.

All of my hatred comes from within and is projected out. However, self-hatred is taught from life experience. Satanic people instilled it into me but those people are largely out of my life. Lifetime of social rejection can cause the most demented mental conditions.
