Then what you feeling is just your higher level of potential thats all. Thats what you in your natural state are capable of. You probably just scratching at the lowest of the lowest levels of the heights of your potential. Eat clean, no smoking, no drinking, good sleep, no stress, have clear goals and clear pathways/milestones to your goals and see what your real potential is.

yeah use it while you have it to move as far as possible towrds your life goals. It doesnt last forever. Try and max it out to its highest limit till its done when you age out of it

Eh, main benefits of exercise are expected increase in brain cognition (which surprisingly applied to me as well) as well as a slight increase in overall health

Fluid IQ actually showed increase of around 20% with physical training.
