There are some ways to feel better. Less fapping, strict super clean diet and some light gymcelling work for me, I feel more masculine, less anxious around people, feel like less of a pussy. Yes, also if you go more in depth "healthy" plants contain harmful shit too. I was really ill so I had nothing to lose going that strict. Can't recommend this shit enough, also GeckoBus had a good summary thread about it
