A guy I know not a friend sent me this on Facebook lately.

"Don't worry about your behaviour, attitude or emotional maturity. Dating is purely a physical based competition nowadays. Concentrate on grooming and gym. Maximise your appearance and all of a sudden women will react favourably towards you"

Is he right?

The things that matter most as far as looks are largely out of your control. Gym won’t help you too much. I know, as I am a gymcel. Attitude and all that other bs is just whether you are NT or not. Good luck trying to do those things when you are a sperg. He is right that physical appearance matters the most though, but unless you are a legit Chad, looks alone won’t just get women throwing themselves at you
