From the prism of my experience as a neurotypical, people enjoy the company of a man who does not confront them every time like he has something to prove. Disagree on politics or religion? Better to let it slide.

Low neuroticism is self-explanatory. Women are repulsed by hysterical men. Being mentally or emotionally unstable drives people away. They would rather befriend an easygoing, carefree man.

This is unlikely to get you laid, but it is a huge first step.
