This is my second advice thread. The previous one was for those who have a oneitis, this one is about those considering seeing a therapist.
TLDR: In 99% of cases, don't. It's not worth the hassle.
Firstly, ask yourself this: Why do you want to see a therapist? Bear in mind therapy isn't a "one size fits all" thing. A therapist is unlikely to fix your inceldom.
If you do want to see a therapist, they need to be a male therapist. Female therapists aren't likely to be able to relate to you. Only a male therapist will truly understand you.
Your therapist may prescribe you jew meds. Know your rights: you most likely won't have to take them. If you aren't sectioned, avoid taking any medication that is prescribed to you.
Therapists are masters at gaslighting. Trust your instincts and know when to stop listening to your therapist.
