Serious ADHDcels, what does being on Ritalin (Methylphenidate) feel like?

I was going to buy some today but they ran out of that stuff at my local pharmacy. Will have to wait till Monday. I'm hoping Methylphenidate can get me to be productive with my learning. For those here who've taken this stuff, what changes did you notice after you started taking them?
