I try to be more active but my laziness is out of control, I don't take any meds even tho I'm diagnosed, the one I was prescribed never helped me

I was forced to take drugs for years... regarding my social isolation back in early high school. I suspect that brain damage has been caused by both medications after long-term use (I'm on withdrawal since April).
