ADHD is one mental illness that’s hard to take seriously because of how many don’t really have it and use it as an excuse. But I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume yours is legit

Yeah I know the feeling, i got it too, it turns even doing basic tasks into a nightmare because I lose focus within 5 seconds and I do weird movements all the time when I’m walking and standing still, I got made fun of a lot all my life hence why my profile title is “spastic”

i was always bad at concentrating, but i never had hyperactivity, just hypoactivity. my father used to make fun of me.

I was always hyper active I can come across as anooying constantly talking about things and just not being able to focus on what im doing and constantly getting bored with things that i dont try then quitting them idk if it does mean i have adhd but its over for me
