You heard it. I used their private VPN to access this site. I hope the IT department doesn’t doxx me. That would be bad

Don't worry, nothing ever happens

this site uses cloudflare and unless you also used the dns servers of your work they wouldn't know because the actual website you want to visit in the Host header is encrypted with https

I used this website when I was in hs abd they caught me:horror::horror:

I never use VPN. Always go with my IP.

ITS OVER

the special forces WILL be at your door in 2 seconds say goodbye to every spec of freedom you ever had in your life :feelsaww::feelsaww:

(you should be fine)

Nothing will happen

You should be fine, why would a random IT department employee look up what you searched for

You could say you accidentally came to this site from a hyperlink or an external forum or something.

What?

I highly doubt anyone would care, even if they can see it, but-

You could say you accidentally came to this site from a hyperlink or an external forum or something.

DNS lookup translates a domain (incels.is) to an IP address, which is needed to access a server. So if he used a DNS server that is controlled by his IT department, they could see the requested domain. However once that's done, every request to/response from the site is encrypted and his IT department cannot see it. The IP address itself is not suspicious as it is owned by Cloudflare and millions of other sites share it.

Say you were morbidly curious worst case scenario

(Unless they have screens that monitor everyone else’s screen on their network jfl. It’s ovER then)

Thanks for writing all that, I'm just too retarded to understand it.

I'm always on my jobs wifi on this site.

Meh, I used to browse here all the time, in one of my old office jobs.

Nothing ever happens, worst case scenario like others said you can 100% get away with an excuse, but if you do this regularly there's more risk ofcourse. But that's not the case

worst worst case scenario they will find this post and it will make you look more suspicious :feelskek:
But I doubt that anyhting will happen in the first place.

I can hear police coming for you

unless someone from the inceltears subreddit happens to be one of the IT employees nobody really cares

many variables to factor buy you are probably safe

just use the tor browser next time
