Is it just me or is it getting crazier out there?

I think optimism is just wrong and not a natural state humans should strive for. When i look at history and evolution everything is about struggle and surviving. Negativity is the default state, humans nowadays expect too much and most of it is just unrealistic.

What are your thoughts?

Too bad we are not in a time when we need primitive instincts to get by, take the Africans and rapefugees on why primitive =/= good . natural state= gorilla rape spree

Thats not what i meant. The problem is our modern society. I saw a documentation and it really opened my eyes. It was about the early humans who where hunters and gatherers. At that time there weren't many humans arround and most lived in small tribes. Everyone had an assigned task and was taken care of and appreaciated no matter how old, healthy or how he looked like. They worked together and every loss of one of their own was a huge blow to their working power as tribe.

That's whats all wrong with modern society. We are too much humans on earth and no one gives a shit about eacht other because we have isolated ourselves. Everyone is replaceable and if you don't stand out you drown into meaninglessness.
