Main argument feminists use to justify abortion freedom is it being non-painful procedure. Does it make rape in drunk/sleep/high state morally right at least in their rightful moral compass? Of course not. Thats the definition of having pragmatical moral compass - it is right only if benefits the subject.
The truth is - rape was never wrong morally. For example if we take all three perspectives: 1)Darwinism 2) Patriarchy 3) Feminism
all three ideological-philosophical frameworks inside these systems would agree on abortion being wrong.

In advance, darwinism differs from patriarchy. Patriarchy would benefit men (real patriachy almost never existed), darwinism - only strong and smart ones.
