Everything that actually worked in the Red army was made and supplied by the other Allies. Without their material help Soviet Union would not have survived.

Idiot. Germany was at war with the UK etc. since the autumn of 1939 taking resources away from fighting the Soviet Union. They had to go to the Balkans because of Italy and the invasion was late. Should have started in the spring. Advances stalled because of the weather in 1941. Germany lacked oil, that was a critical thing. What oil and conversion infrastructure they had, was constantly bombed by the non-Soviet Union allies. UK and US were bombing German supplies and factories and railways etc. In a Soviet Union - NSDAP-Germany war Soviet Union loses, especially if Germany can secure enough oil from South America (and they can, if UK and USA would not intervene, if USA was neutral, they would have sold oil to Germany, USA was by far the biggest oil producer back then. USA stopped selling oil to Japan and that forced Japan to do what they did), for example.
