Just speculation from my experience. I have no proof or related information.
In my country, Vietnam, most people use Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Most comments there are bots; they were rampant even before AI, and it's worse now. It's almost impossible to distinguish between a retard and a bot. There are even services for seeding bots, boosting views, likes, and engagement for various prices. And yet, people are still stupid enough to be customers for these platforms.
In my country, Instagram, X, Reddit, and Quora aren't popular, so I don't know if this situation is common there. I assume it is.
The evidence is the cult-like tendency of subreddits. I mean, what kind of retard would be a Reddit mod without benefiting from it? So I think every subreddit is owned by different organizations. Anyone who speaks the truth gets downvoted, their comment deleted, and banned. If a comment isn't banned, it's obviously not the truth.
I don't use X or Instagram. I guess it's the same situation, with organizations competing for influence like on Reddit.
I'll name some subs I'm sure about. r/Vietnam is managed by the Central Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of Vietnam. I'm not sure about r/trochuyenlinhtinh and r/Vietnamnation; I guess they belong to another political organization. Some prominent "free speech" forums like voz.vn and tinhte.vn are already managed by the Communist Party, and xamvn is following the same path.
And I think .is is no exception. I also don't understand why so many truths are exposed here. It's strange that this forum still exists. Anyway, thanks for enlightening me about the truths happening on earth.
P/s: i'm new, tell me what you know. And don't spam grAY
