Let's gather incel volunteers and divide them into three groups. One group finds a partner, the other goes to therapy, and the third pretends to do something (the so-called control group). Then we'll measure their condition before and after the randomly selected treatment. What do you think the results will be? I'm betting that finding a partner helped the most, and the control group simply didn't worsen their condition, while the therapy group will experience the worst results and worsen their mental state.
