No offense but I've met people in programming who claim 10 years experience. It's usually the same 1 year experience 10x over.

no porn ,,no edging,,no nothing.longest streak was nearly a year, however i was in terrible health at the time,low T,so i had minimal sex drive anyway
more recently i am eating better and exercising regularly,so my T levels// sex drive has skyrocketed. if i attempt a steak these days,i will get to around the 7 day mark and just seeing a semi attractive w*man out in public is enough to make me blow in my pants right there and then.
i do not deny that it has benefits,,it just is not the mystical thing that will turn you into superman as some claim

Thanks, I'll read (try to) once I've made more progress with the other books. Mathematics keeps the mind sharp and gives confidence which is what I'm after and better than wasting hours and hours watching movies and TV shows. I'm running with 2x 30 min learning sessions everyday and even that short amount of time is reaping rewards. Watching movies just made me dumber.

Interesting. I've also come to realise that eating simple home cooked foods and simple stretching exercises make a huge difference to health. It's as if the body comes alive and releases self healing powers. Why wasn't I told this or taught it at school? Why must I have to learn everything from this site or from trial and error?

I'll take any benefits I can, even small ones. Anything to avoid misery and despair I once found myself in.

I didn't believe this when I first read it but one day I was crossing the road. The cars had stopped at the traffic lights and it was safe to cross. As I was crossing the car in front started to rev his engine to scare me. I turned round and he tried to out stare me but it was him who flinched first not me. I thought this was a one off but then a Chad tried to intimidate me and it was him who turned away, eyes down. Then a woman in a supermarket cafe was talking really loud about her latest portrait that hadn't turned out well and I stared her down too. I don't have to try, it just happens.

I first read about NoFap in mid 2018 from this site. It takes time. I'm NoFap 220 days. NoPorn getting on to 2 years.

I did NoPorn first. Break that habit before NoFap. Say you have a 2 day streak and lapse. Just try again. The length of the streak will slowly increase.

When you're on say a 2 month NoPorn streak then start NoFap. Again if you relapse just start again. Eventually the intervals between faps get longer.

If you see an attractive female, avoid a second glance. It's the second glance that pulls you in.

First thing on waking up is jump out of bed otherwise you'll start fapping.

Gather stories of how much grief men have had with females. This reduces lust too.

When you fap try to think about the consciousness. This is what I found: fapping is the same sort of consciousness as when not fapping except for an urge to cooom. It's like someone gives you a job to do and if it's not done in 5 minute then something very bad happens. It's a frantic urge. So I think, "what's the point of fapping as it's just the same consciousness I have now without the frantic urge". And post fap weakens me so that's another reason not to fap.

Buy a KSafe and keep your phone and router in it during the night or day. KSafe is a time lock box. Search ebay/Amazon for "time lock box".

The longer the streak the easier it gets. This is my experience and techniques I used. I'm not saying it will work for everyone or even anyone but it's what I do.

Try reading paper books or Wikipedia and then write your own stories or articles based on them and sell them as Kindle books. That will keep you busy. I plan on doing the same once I overcome a few problems I have at the moment.
