I've been in therapy but therapy is built for women and doesn't help male depression since male depression is not about feeling unvalidated it's about feeling powerless.

Shit is so stupid I can't even get mad. "No one is entitled to anything" is only ever used for us. Are the poor entitled to financial support? The crippled? The sick? The disadvantaged of any kind? Apperently we live in a society that tries to equalize the innate unfairness of the world in most cases. But no in ours. They lie about the root cause, because if they accepted that we (and men in general) are inherently disadvantaged, that would make us eligible for sympathy and support.
Once you have a roof over your head and aren't freezing or starving to death, being loved, experiencing affection, finding a partner, having sex... those are some of the most valuable and important things for your well-being. Far more important than comfort and absolute security.
Yet, just by being born ugly (and male) or neurodivergent (and male) many of us will be denied those things for much of our life. While women are guranteed them just because they are born with the more valuable sex cells. That is an obvious inequality that needs addressing.

Tbh, I don't even feel like getting angry at these people anymore. This forum itself lacks any sort of conviction or backbone. The overall sentiment displayed in the top thread of the Must-Read section is just embarrassing. 90% of the forum seems to be ready to betabux and get divorce-graped for a month of pussy despite of what they usually spew here. Given the options "you stay a virgin for life but society as a whole wakes up to how horribly it has treated men tomorrow" and "you find an attractive and loving girlfriend tomorrow but society remains willfully ignorant of the hypocracy and cruelty of its actions for the rest of your life" I would pick option 1, I think. Love and affection might be amongst the top 3 of things that would improve my quality of life, though that doesn't even really capture the importance. They would make my life worth living in a way it has not been up till now.
That being said, I am ideologically possessed and not a day goes by where I don't feel intense anger and despair, triggered by all the unfairness and dishonesty and misery I see. There is a specific type of person who can not stop caring and for those people / us getting to right the wrongs we percieve in the world might be even more important for our mental well-being than love. Though I have only ever seen other people like that online.

Yeah! The need for love and affection is not something that can be completely overridden. But like you said, I'm at a point in my life where I'd be willing to forego all the love and affection for eternal sufferings on foids. I know it's something easy to scoff at or dismiss since it isn't really realistic unlike one saying that they'd rather be rich than seek love and affection from a foid, but I hardly have any motivation to improve my life any further despite having more money than ever. For me, it's less about the perceived justice, more so the schadenfreude. Anyway, in my opinion, the reason you see those people online only is because their it requires a heavy social penalty in the real world.
