Honestly growing up in an upper middle class suburb, I didn't have any bad experiences with any of the black people I was around. Had a couple black friends as well. If you listen to them speak, they sound like white guys who work in finance named Richard.
My apartment also has some black people and they're all chill. Nothing too sketchy goes on or anything.
The inner city blacks in blue cities are the ones that seem unhinged though, especially because a good amount of the specific ones I'm referring to seem to be doped up. Don't want to go anywhere near them.

The majority east asian/indian cities are actually the safest most desirable cities here in CA like Fremont, CA and Irvine, CA
It's the blacks and hispanics that are the main problem. Even if they're in adjacent cities and not in your city, that's enough to drive the home prices down as logic tells you that they eventually move in. And when they start moving in, quality of life plummets.
When they arrive, cities have to start installing speed limit digital displays that flash, more speed bumps in parking lots, lock up items in grocery stores, hire more police staff. Crime of all sorts go up. Fights happen a lot more frequently in schools, littering goes up. Brawls happen in public spaces. Shootings, stabbings, etc... Shit just goes fuckin south around those niggers and spics.
As bad as things are right now, it will only continue to get worst. CA will resemble Brazil, Mexico, and South Africa within a few more decades as the white/east asian populations dwindle. Much of America will resemble CA in several more decades.
