Yesterday I watched Lupin III The First which is a Japanese movie with an anti nazi plot, it was pretty good.

Anyway, the villains were a crypto Nazi organization having proof 18 was alive and basically deifying the dude. And it got me thinking.

Is the title of Führer literally only meant to ever be for 18 and nobody else? Ever? What about if NatSocs had fled Germany and found a different head of the Party? Wouldn't that guy be the next Führer?
