It's a play I saw a few years back.
"Really Really" is a play about a guy in college who gets drunk with a girl and sleeps with her.
He boasts about it shyly as a guy who lost his virginity as a victory.
Turns out the girl has a boyfriend who's family is rich, they are going to get married and she's pregnant with her boyfriend's baby.
She starts telling everyone that she was raped by the guy, violently; she has scars showing it, and it was so violent, in fact, that she lost her boyfriend's baby's corpse.
She apparently comes from a dysfunctional family, with no one supporting her dreams and ambitions, and her slut sister begins accusing her of being an absolute immature whore who is only lying about the rape.
The guy gets academically suspended from college
*SPOILERS*
Turns out she was lying; she's actually infertile and has been lying about the pregnancy, she totally consented to having sex with him and loved every second of it. She lied about the rape so she could marry the boyfriend without him finding out about her infertility, and so she could get rich with the boyfriend's family.
She lives happily ever after as she and her boyfriend buy a house together and begin their path to the American dream.
