This is the exact phenomenon I've been talking about in various threads. The original Eastern Slavs were of high racial quality ('Nordic' looking), but Russia being so big and spread out, partly in Asia etc., generation after generation they mixed with the various nonwhites they were in contact with, and we got to where we are today - a Second World country with a great ethnic range, from Turkish/Mongol to Scandinavian/Finnish-adjacent.
