I mean if you pursue her too much/show up when the cops arrive, or if there are witnesses, then yeah you're cooked. But you can use the legal system to your advantage. Typically they need hard evidence or it's just he said she said, and at least for now the courts are still supposed to operate on innocent until proven guilty. All you have to do is create reasonable doubt and you're home free.
Most foids are also too lazy or cowardly to even go through the legal system/consider it too much effort. Generally speaking you'd be surprised how much you can get away with as long as you aren't an idiot about it
