I had to run some errands, recycling metals/debris and pick up building materials for work I'm doing on the house. I was in my mom's car , slowly driving through the parking lot towards the exit. A fat, 50-something looking man was unloading stuff from his car, we made eye contact and he just started shaking his head and didn't stop.
I contemplated stopping but wasn't thinking clearly, thought maybe he'd do something to me. He wouldn't and couldn't have done anything. This happened about 20 minutes ago. I'm really angry I didn't stop. If I knew he was still there (he isn't. Nobody stays more than 10 minutes max) I'd go back now.

The car in front had to wait for me to get out of the parking space, the guy who shook his head at me was in the car behind that first car.

I can relate heavily. This used to happen so often, and I would contemplate on whether I should go back on confront them, but by the time I made up my mind it is too late.

Last year in January a group of girls sprayed their bottle of water into my ear as I was walking past in the shops. Drenched my shirt, blocked my ear, etc. Nobody battered an eye. I wish now I went back to them or followed them at least.

There was a time when I did turn back, I was at campus and a group of rather attractive looking guys were playing with a tennis ball. I didn't think anything of it and walked past. One of them pegged the tennis ball at me when I was walking up the steps and starting swearing and abusing me for no reason at all. I later went back and they were still there, screaming at me so I walked up to them and asked what their problem is, and the taller guy tried to fight me and I backed into the bins.

No problem. It's a big, average car - or is it? My parents bought this SUV (made in 2012) in 2014 for a great price (from a friend who owns dealership). He had a small car. Maybe he thought I shouldn't be driving such a big car, that's also something I thought about.

That's the most likely explanation. At first, I thought @TheGrayWolf needed those tinted car windows, like politicians have, for example. But that's illegal here (except for the rear windows, as far as I know). But maybe the boomer fag knows exactly who drives this car, in which case none of this matters.
