If you think about it it makes sense. Every gender has its own purpose: men produce the child and the women give birth.
Now if you think about it, it makes sense because if a woman gives birth in an early age the future child is going to be healthier.
Can you call that ethical? Yes, because animals do the same thing.
Even Chimpanzees, the closest species to homosapiens have forced sex with the females because its simply their insinct that forces them to do this.
Lately alot of people have been saying that this is rape because women dont always want sex from any men.
Though, I have to say that this is wrong because our society nowadays brainwashes everyone in a covert approach. It is not wrong to force a woman to have sex with you.
Earlier in time humans always did that so we can breed and evolve. Now you might ask why we stoped?

No, I don't agree.
If your sister was just starting on her periods, would you still apply this rule? No of course not, so why apply to other peoples daughters or sisters.
Children can start periods as early as 9, does it make it OK for us to go for them too? That's just sick dude.
