As usual with stats like this, having to do with how wealthy or attractive a country is, of course there's a crazy difference between Austria and Slovakia, even though we border each other

We have the lowest share in the EU, meanwhile they are second only to Luxembourg, which if you've seen my posts like this before, you know that I always point out barely qualifies as an actual country anyway

And that's just explicitly children who aren't citizens of those countries, not minorities in general, since minorities and immigrants who are citizens count as national under this

The highest share of non-national minors was recorded in Luxembourg (45.7%), Austria (21.9%) and Malta (19.3%). In contrast, shares below 1% were recorded in Slovakia (0.4%), Poland (0.8%) and Romania (0.9%).
