I've only ever had to read about it once in my school and it was pretty brief

I remember it well. I was 16 years old, lounging at home, watching TV, switching channels and all of a sudden I switch to EuroNews and see this.

I let it on and was going to sleep and then heard how a reporter said that a plane had crashed into one of the towers.

While I was just processing what I had just heard another plane came in and crashed into the other tower.

It felt like it all happened so fast and then one tower fell, and then another.

It was like some fever dream, ngl.

But already back then I've had massive hate for the USA and did not feel any empathy for the victims.

During a moment of silence at school I even said "Fuck em. They brought this upon themselves." .

The teacher was speechless. kek
