Not many ways to cope with lovelessness. It's the disease of modern society, and sadly there is no cure.
You can try vidya or movies, anything to keep the mind busy. It should work for a while, until the depression begins to knock on your doors again.
Keep in mind that sadly - there are no good copes for inceldom, Just a lot of average ones. Pick and choose whatever you like.
Or you can, counter-intuitively, reject all copes and just LDAR until you die. Wallow in your sadness until it runs out and you can't feel anything anymore. I did that and it worked for a while. Just don't get brutalized while you go outside or you might need to do it again. Don't trigger your lovelessness unless you want to suffer even more. Love doesn't exist to you. Romance doesn't exist.
