5 minutes ago I received a phone call from my place of employment where they terminated my employment for making my coworkers feel "uncomfortable" my boss said that I didn't say or do anything wrong it was just that my coworkers felt uncomfortable around me because of me being introverted and quiet. I haven't disclosed this job tell anybody who I met here on the form or on the Discord because I was ashamed that someone with my life experience was flipping burgers and making pizza.
Apparently because I'm not some loud extroverted social person that that somehow makes me "Creepy" to my coworkers, most of my coworkers are females between the age of 18 to 23 who worked the cash register and place orders on the counter as I sweated over the grill and the ovens. They literally don't even do anything when there's no customers at the counter they just sit there on a bar stool. Thankfully this is job was not my livelihood because I live with my parents still because they are in need of my help. So the job was more of a extra pocket cash type of job but still it aggravates me beyond belief and I was already aggravated today in general

I would recommend fixing an appointment irl with him and telling him you recorded him and plan to take legal action and cite the maximum fines possible (bluff without asking for anything in return or implying or he can use it as blackmail) I guarantee he will give you something to make sure you don't.
