Its over.

As of 2006, three instances of males with Down syndrome fathering children and 26 cases of females having children have been reported

Citing this research paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/17094988/

The poor fertility in the males is thought to be due to problems with sperm development; however, it may also be related to not being sexually active

You don't say.

Funny how fertility seems much more common for female aneuploids than for males, isn't it? That would of course absolutely not be related to the idea that maybe, just maybe, it's easier to get sex as a female than it is as a male, right ?

I remember reading once that tetraploid X females (48,XXXX) have been proven capable of having children, but not tetraploid males (48,XXYY). I bet a similar issue is at stake, here.

People virtue signal about down syndrome and other illnesses yet they don't want them to have children, make up your mind normies.

Male or female, they should NOT reproduce.
