Even if they don't take care of them, they just tend to be more sedentary and less physically active than us, so they'll tend to be nicer.

But yeah foids tend to do a lot more self-care in that region. Only time I ever filed my feet calluses down and rubbed in lotions and stuff is when they were dry/cracked and I was getting pain and needed area to heal.
